Although we've made every effort to make the Just Rewards Certificate Redemption Module as easy to use and understand as possible, we do realize that difficulties can and do arise from time to time. While we hope that your experience using this redemption system is enjoyable, we are nonetheless available to assist you with any problems which may ocurr along the way.
The Corporate Sport Customer Satisfaction and Support Center at 1-800-700-1357 is open Monday through Friday 9AM - 6PM and can help you with questions ranging from the validity of your certificate through the status of your order. Furthermore, the Support Center can also assist you finding an event to attend, should you have trouble deciding what to redeem your certificate for.

One of the most common problems users of the Just Rewards Certificate Redemption Module encounter is their certificate award number or the tracking number not working once they enter it. Normally, this is due to the user entering the number incorrectly; however, should your number still not work after several attemtps, a phone call to our Customer Satisfaction and Support Center will usually ameloriate the difficulty in short order.
Please be advised that all events available for redemption are based on both acommodation and event ticket availability. As such, it is important to note that availability can be exhausted from time to time. While we will make every effort to fill your award package with your first redemption choice, there are rare instances where this is simply impossible. Should this occur, you will be promptly contacted by one of our Customer Satisfaction Representatives and given the opportunity to redeem your certificate for a different event.
